Make Your Own Paw Ointment

The paw ointment is easy to make and perfect to have on hand now that winter is here.

Prescription:

  • 25 grams of beeswax
  • 1 deciliter of cold-pressed olive oil

Do as follows: Melt olive oil and beeswax in a heat-resistant bowl in a water bath. Stir occasionally until it melts together. Then pour into a cleaned jar and allow to cool. Only put on the lid when the ointment has cooled down.

Tip! Make your own label and put it on the lid. Write “Paw ointment” or your dog’s name.
