#4 Their eyes are usually dark brown – the breed standard even says “the darker, the better”. Two-tone eyes rarely occur and are also not desirable.
#5 The legs are also strong and allow an elastic movement full of esprit and energy.
#6 The top coat of the Akita is short, hard and straight, the fur may only be a little longer on the withers, croup and tail.
The undercoat is soft and dense, making it weatherproof.
