Of course, the dog friend should also have a Friday cuddle! A slice of liver pizza in front of the TV is guaranteed to be a success. The recipe gives a large or two small pizzas.
You Need:
1 dl ground chicken liver;
4 dl country bread flour, 4 cereals;
1/3 dl rapeseed oil;
2 tablespoons baking powder;
1-2 dl water.
Topping:
- mozzarella or mild grated cheese;
- tomato puree;
- spices, such as oregano or basil.
Directions:
Set the oven to 175 degrees. Finely chop the chicken liver in a food processor. Mix in flour, baking powder, rapeseed oil, and water, and knead to smooth it.
Roll or press the dough on a floured baking sheet. It should be about 1 cm thick. Transfer to a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread on a thin layer of tomato puree, season, and sprinkle over the grated cheese. Bake the pizza in the oven for 30-40 minutes until it has a nice color.
Remove and allow to cool and dry at room temperature. Cut the pizza into reasonably large pieces of cake. Those that are leftover are good to freeze.
