#10 The Bolognese dog’s coat needs regular grooming.
Get your dog used to a brush and comb when he is a puppy so that he does not have any problems with grooming later on. This way you prevent tangles. It does not harm your dog to bathe in between.
#11 Dirt, leaves and the like get stuck in the animal’s fur. Use a mild dog shampoo for white fur when bathing your dog.
If you think this seems too long, trim it down carefully. This will prevent eye infections. The little hairs like to get caught in the eyes of the animals.
#12 Don’t forget to trim your pet’s claws.
This is an important procedure, especially in old age, to prevent the claws from growing in.
