#5 Please always remember, a dog doesn’t sweat to regulate its body temperature – they cool down through panting and through the sweat glands on the pads.
#6 A Pyrenean mountain dog usually changes its coat twice – once from winter to summer coat and then from summer to winter coat.
During this time, consistent brushing is important to free the Pyrenean mountain dog from the loosening undercoat. There are very good brushes for this - a good breeder will be happy to advise you and give you the necessary tips.
