Leading Researchers: That’s Why You Should Have a Dog

To live with a dog is to eat health pills – every day! In this great film, researchers at Harvard talk about why everyone should live with a dog.

What is it that lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, lowers stress hormone levels in the body, AND gives us better fitness and strengthens us socially? Is there really anything that succeeds with all that? If so, we should have found the source of the coveted youth, right?
Well, there is something that can handle all that. Which has four letters and as many legs: a dog.

In this film, some of the researchers at Harvard University in the USA talk about why we feel so good about dogs. And about an extra bonus that probably all dog owners get several times a day:

“Being able to laugh together is a really good way to strengthen ties between yourself,” says Elizabeth Pegg Frates, assistant professor at the Department of Medicine at Harvard University in the United States, one of the world’s most reputable universities.
