The breed standard only takes into account the weight and not the height of the Chihuahua. However, you can assume that most representatives of this breed will be between 15 and 23 cm tall.
Of course, there are also smaller and larger specimens. The only thing to be careful of is the mini Chihuahuas that are sometimes advertised. Although there are always particularly small puppies in a litter, you should better refrain from deliberately bred minis. It is not uncommon for these dwarfs to have some health problems.
