Chihuahuas are affectionate, affectionate, and loyal. They are sometimes a bit choosy about who they give their love to and often have a preferred caregiver.
They are loyal to their humans. They would defend their family and often show this quite clearly. They are suspicious of strangers and visitors are announced by posting them. In general, the Chi is very alert and tends to be jealous.
Encounters with other dogs can be problematic if socialization was neglected in puppyhood. In addition, the Chihuahua likes to overestimate itself and bravely and fearlessly stands in the way of even much larger conspecifics.
Last but not least, the Chihuahua is an extremely intelligent breed. Sufficient physical and mental exertion is part of the obligatory program.
