4 Ways to Reduce Stress

What do you do when the dog goes up in stress and finds it difficult to settle down? Here are four tips.

Massage

When you massage your dog, feel-good hormones are released in both you and your dog. The dog relaxes and the relationship is strengthened.

Track

For dogs that are a little too boring and who are not allowed to use their brains enough, nose work is fantastic. It is stimulated at the same time as the dog’s self-esteem is strengthened when it actually manages to track.

Coffee Training

Here is the purpose of finding the dog’s off-button in noisy environments. Bring a coffee thermos and sit down and have coffee in different environments with the sole purpose that the dog should lie down and relax. Start in a fairly calm environment and advance over time to increasingly messy environments. Communicate closeness and calm with the dog.

Hold On

Does the off button not work? Pick up the dog in your arms and hold on until you feel the dog relax. Then you can praise softly and clap.
