The Boxer can be described as a medium-sized, powerfully built, and stocky dog with well-developed muscles.
His coat is short, shiny, and close-lying. It comes in yellow or brindle colors. The hair is easy to care for but offers little protection in extreme weather. It, therefore, does not tolerate particularly strong heat, cold, or moisture. The black mask is typical of this breed.
