Use a very light harness for your Chihuahua puppy. It should fit well, be padded and comfortable, and not have heavy buckles.
A harness that exerts little to no pressure on the neck would be ideal. For example a soft harness.
Pay attention to escape security and choose a model that can be adjusted. So it’s customizable and grows with you for a while.
