Why not celebrate with a favorite cake for four-legged darlings – stuffed with minced meat!
You need:
- About 200 grams of minced meat
- About 75 grams of melted butter
- Just over 1 dl rapeseed oil
- 3 eggs
- Just over 5 dl buckwheat flour
- 1–1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 shredded bacon slices
For decoration:
- Lactose-free cream cheese
- Blueberry
- Dog candy
Directions:
Set the oven to 150 degrees and oil a small sponge cake tin.
Mix minced meat, butter, rapeseed oil, and eggs in a bowl. Mix the flour with baking powder and add to the batter, continuing to mix to a smooth batter. Add the shredded bacon to the end.
Pour the batter into the mold and bake the cake in the oven for about an hour. The cake should have stopped and not smudged, try with a toothpick.
Let cool and decorate with lactose-free cream cheese, blueberries, and dog candy in nice shapes and colors.
