Introduction: Peahen birds in the wild
Peahen birds are native to the Indian subcontinent and are commonly found in the wild. Characteristics of peahen birds
Peahen birds are medium-sized birds, with a length of around 60-100 cm and a weight of 2-4 kg. They have a brownish-grey plumage, with a small crest on their head. Peahens have a distinctive call that sounds like a high-pitched "meow." They are omnivorous birds and feed on a variety of insects, small animals, and plants. Peahen birds are also known for their strong legs, which enable them to run and jump swiftly. They are excellent fliers and can fly short distances when threatened.
