Ingredients:
- 500 grams of carrots;
- 1 liter of water;
- 1 pinch of salt or two to three teaspoons of meat stock.
Directions:
- Cut carrots into small pieces and peel depending on the condition;
- Put the water and carrots in a saucepan. Let the whole thing come to a full boil;
- Then turn the heat down and let the carrots simmer for about 90 minutes. Water may need to be added;
- Then drain the carrots and reserve the vegetable juice;
- Mash the carrots and then add the vegetable juice back in;
- Add the salt or beef broth;
- Let the soup cool down. Don’t feed it to your dog until it’s cold.
