You Need:
- 8 dl spelled flour or wheat flour
- 5 dl chicken broth
- Garnish: beaten egg
- Filling: lactose-free Philadelphia cheese
Directions:
Mix the flour with the broth. It should be a fairly firm dough, much like regular buns. Make round small buns, place them on a plate, preferably with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 225 degrees, until they have the right color and are baked straight through. Divide the buns and fill them with Philadelphia cheese.
