St. Bernards are very intelligent dogs and quickly understand that having heard their nickname, you need to run to the owner. Therefore, carry a treat with you in your pocket and reward your puppy every time he responds to the nickname.
#6 Although St. Bernards are large dogs, the space in the apartment is quite enough for them.
Never punish your pet for this. Better teach him how to relieve himself on the street. To do this, after sleeping and feeding, take the puppy out into the yard in the same place. After he's done his job, give praise, give a treat, and walk outside for a few minutes.
