Training and Husbandry of the Japanese Chin

The Japanese dog is very affectionate. Therefore, you should not leave him alone for too long. He prefers to have his owners around him all the time. Because of this, Japanese Chins often suffer from separation anxiety.

The Chin is a rather calm and even-tempered dog. He may bark when visitors come. However, it does not do this excessively loudly and in an unobtrusive way. There are therefore no problems with neighbors, for example.

Even the four-legged friend needs some training. However, this should not be a problem, since the dog breed is very docile and therefore easy to train. The Japanese Chin is perfect as a first dog because of its uncomplicated nature.
