Socializing of the Slovensky Kopov

When kept appropriately to meet their needs, the Slovensky Kopov proves to be an undemanding companion dog that is also generally very sociable.

Due to his child-loving and friendly nature, he is also suitable as a family dog. However, only if it is an experienced family, with at best one family member being an active hunter.

Note: Its main area of application is not family life, but being a hunting dog.

As a rule, the Slovensky Kopov is also well-tolerated with other dogs. He can be hostile towards other (pet) animals and should therefore be accustomed to their company from a young age.
