#16 1-2cm long hair is enough.
After you've brushed your Yorkie and he's dry, gather the hair on top of his head, starting at the outer corner of his eye and moving toward the center of his head, then back down to the other outer corner of his eye. Brush his hair up and tie it with a latex ribbon, then you can add your favorite bow.
