#10 Grooming should also include checking your Yorkie’s ears regularly.
Look inside and smell them. If they appear infected (have an unpleasant odor, show redness, or have brown discharge), have them checked by your vet again.
#11 If there is hair in the ear canal, pull it out with your fingers or ask the vet or groomer to do this for you.
Bathe your Yorkie weekly to keep his coat nice and shiny. You don't have to rub the fur when washing.
#12 After wetting the coat and applying the shampoo, all you have to do is run your fingers through the coat to lift the dirt out.
Use conditioner and then rinse thoroughly. When drying your Yorkie, mist the coat with a light conditioner.
