#4 Are Beagles suitable for beginners?
Beagles are active and friendly dogs, but they have a strong hunting instinct. As a beginner's dog, these four-legged friends are therefore only suitable to a limited extent. They are very independent characters and therefore not easy to lead. Attending a dog school is definitely recommended.
#5 Where should Beagles sleep at night?
Keep the crate relatively close to you to start with. Those first few weeks can be the hardest as Beagle puppies develop a close connection with their owners. So, let him sleep in just the next room or two to start with until he's settled.
