Ingredienti:

• 500 grammi di carote;
• 1 litro d'acqua;
• 1 pinch of salt or two to three teaspoons of meat stock.

Preparazione:

1. Cut carrots into small pieces and peel depending on the condition;
2. Put the water and carrots in a saucepan. Let the whole thing come to a full boil;
3. Then turn the heat down and let the carrots simmer for about 90 minutes. Water may need to be added;
4. Then drain the carrots and reserve the vegetable juice;
5. Mash the carrots and then add the vegetable juice back in;
6. Add the salt or beef broth;
7. Let the soup cool down. Don’t feed it to your dog until it’s cold.
