#16 Can a pug dog take down a lion?
No. Pugs are from China and lions have never lived there. They were introduced to Europe in the 16th century and then progressively bred to be smaller and less athletic, as lap dogs. Even in their original form, pugs were pretty small and no number of them could catch or harm a lion.
#17 Why do pugs stare at you?
Just as humans stare into the eyes of someone they adore, dogs will stare at their owners to express affection. In fact, mutual staring between humans and dogs releases oxytocin, known as the love hormone.
#18 Why do pugs sleep on your head?
A common cause of sleeping near or on top of your head is separation anxiety. If your dog is extremely attached to you, they might get nervous when they're removed from your presence, even by just a few feet.
