#13 Rat Terriers are small to medium-sized dogs with a compact appearance.
The dogs come in three different variants in terms of their size. The smallest dogs are called toys and have a height at the withers of around 20 cm and weigh between 2 and 3 kg. Dogs of the slightly larger miniature version have a height at the withers of between 25 and 33 cm and weigh 3 to 4 kg. Animals of the standard variant are the largest and heaviest dogs with a shoulder height of 33 to 46 cm and a weight of 5 to 16 kg.
#14 The dog’s coat is short and smooth.
It is predominantly white but is provided with differently colored plates, mostly brown and black.
