A Boxer is extremely energetic and can keep up with playful children. A Boxer is a durable breed, so he can withstand pretty much anything your kids can dish out. A Boxer is very patient and tolerates children very well. A Boxer is very affectionate and loving.

Some are housebroken within 4 months of life, others cannot really be trusted until 7 months or even 1 year. Walk your boxer regularly and give him lots of praise when he does his business outside. Dog crate training is recommended.
