14+ Pros and Cons of Owning Corgis

Corgis gained their popularity when their beauty was recognized by the Queen of England who bred them. Little chubby dogs have firmly taken their place in popular culture, becoming favorite characters in movies, cartoons, and even books – so more and more people are thinking about getting their own corgi. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this dog?

#1 Unlike shepherd dogs, their ancestors, corgi do not take up very much space and are even suitable for keeping in a city apartment.

#2 Previously, corgis do not feel absolutely any hatred for anyone who surrounds them, be it people or other animals.

#3 Getting into a family, corgi, like many dogs, chooses one owner for itself, to which it becomes attached more than others.

The dog will treat other family members with no less affection, not showing excessive jealousy towards them and responding positively to attempts at communication.
