14+ Pros and Cons of Owning Bichon Frises

Bichon Frize, otherwise “French lapdog” – a decorative breed of small size, with a good-natured disposition and very pleasant to talk to. Obtained as a result of crossing a poodle and a small spaniel, the dog was supposed to become a loyal assistant to hunters, but due to its character traits, it failed to become more than just a decorative dog. Is it good or bad?

#1 Spectacular appearance.

Perhaps the breeders involved in the breeding of the breed did not plan to make it so attractive, but biology has had its say, there is no way back. Bichons are small dogs (their height does not exceed 30 cm), so they fit perfectly, for example, in a bag. If a fluffy white cloud peeps out of the bag, anyone looking at it will not be able to restrain a smile.

#2 The structure of the hair of Bichons is much closer to human hair, so that allergy sufferers tolerate their presence much more easily.

#3 Friendly nature.

Although Bichons, like all dogs, necessarily choose one person to whom they attach more than others, they do not have problems communicating with other family members. They react positively to children, play with them and will never open their jaws at them. This also applies to communication with other animals.
