The dog has a characteristic muzzle, it does not look like a decorative indoor dog, but rather a guard dog. The head is proportional to the body, with a long and narrow muzzle and a pronounced stop. The eyes should be dark in color, the darker the better. In light-colored dogs, light eyes are allowed.
A miniature pinscher is almost always passionate about something and his ears are erect. Moreover, they have naturally erect ears that immediately attract attention.
The coat is smooth and very short, of almost the same length throughout the body, without an undercoat. It should shine and most dogs will almost shine. Two colors are allowed: black and tan and red, although there are more.
