10+ Reasons Why You Should Never Own Shih Tzu

Shih Tzu is a friendly, funny and very outgoing pets. A dog living in a family does not look for an idol in the person of one of its members, trying to evenly distribute its affection among all household members. As for children, cunning Chinese “lion cubs” will find an approach to them too. Philosophically looking at children’s pranks Shih Tzu help their strong nerves. True, dogs will not tolerate violence and outright bullying from the younger generation. So, if your kid has made it a rule to pull the pet by the tail, be prepared for bitten fingers.

Shih Tzu puppies are miniature in size and require careful treatment. Before leaving the dog in the care of a child, give instructions on the rules of conduct. Warn children about the possible consequences of careless handling of the animal and explain to them how to properly handle the baby without squeezing his belly.

Another surprising in all respects character trait of “chrysanthemum dogs” is credulity. Shih Tzu easily makes contact even with unfamiliar people, seeing in each person a potential friend. At first glance, this behaviour is touching. But we have to admit that a watchdog from a dog, whose vigilance is easy to lull with one gentle word, really is none. So, leaving the house and leaving it under the protection of the Shih Tzu, you can hardly count on the safety of your own property.
